Your Milkman Needs You

If We Disappear, We Won’t Be Coming Back

There was a time when every village, town and city had a milkman.

Today, there are very few of us left.

Every week, more independent milk rounds disappear. Once they’re gone, they rarely return.

At Doorstep Deliveries, we work through the night while most people are asleep. We deliver fresh milk in all weathers—through freezing winters, heavy rain and scorching summer nights—because we believe this service is still worth preserving.

But the truth is, we can’t keep doing it without your support.

Every time someone chooses supermarket milk over a doorstep delivery, it becomes a little harder for businesses like ours to survive.

We’re not a huge national chain. We’re a local business employing local people, supporting British dairy farmers and providing a service that many thought had disappeared years ago.

If enough people stop using their milkman, there won’t be a milkman left.

No more fresh milk waiting on the doorstep.

No more reusable glass bottles collected and reused.

No more friendly local service.

No more tradition to pass on to the next generation.

One day, people may say, “I remember when the milkman used to come.”

We hope that day isn’t anytime soon.

If you already support Doorstep Deliveries, thank you. You are helping to keep something genuinely special alive.

If you’ve been thinking about giving us a try, please don’t wait until your local milkman has disappeared. By then, it will be too late.

Sometimes, the smallest choices make the biggest difference.

Choose local.

Choose British.

Choose to keep your milkman on the road.

Doorstep Deliveries – Keeping the tradition alive, one doorstep at a time.
