Need Help Setting Up Your Account?

Step 1

Visit the website and click on the Registration page to fill out your details.

Step 2

You will receive a validation email from us to ensure that we have the right email address. This email should come through straight away but sometimes it can be delayed slightly. The confirmation email should not go to your spam folder but if it doesn’t come through in a couple of hours it is worth checking to see if it has gone to your spam.

When you receive the email just click the confirmation link, will direct you back to the website. We will then have your details and it then moves on to the final stage.

Step 3

We will receive notification that you have registered, at this stage your URN (Unique Reference Number) will be allocated to your account. This ensures that only you can gain access to your information. This process might be done within an hour but may take up to two days

You will then receive a confirmation email to let you know that the process is complete, and you can then visit the Login page and start managing your account online.

Once your Doorstep Deliveries account is set up, managing your deliveries becomes quick, simple, and completely flexible. Whether you’re updating your regular order, booking a holiday, or checking your statements, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Here’s a handy guide to help you get the most out of your online account.

📱 Signing In on a Mobile Device

Using your phone? It’s easy.

  • Tap the three lines at the top of the screen
  • Select SIGN IN
  • Enter your login details

You’ll then arrive at your Welcome Page, where you’ll see a row of icons — each one gives you access to a different part of your account.

🛒 Icon 1: Product List

This is where you can browse everything Doorstep Deliveries offers — milk, bread, eggs, bakery treats, and more.

  • Tap any product to view details
  • Click Add to order
  • Choose whether you want it as a regular weekly item or a one‑off purchase

Perfect for topping up your order or trying something new.

📄 Icon 2: Statements

This section shows:

  • All your invoices
  • All payments you’ve made
  • Your current balance

It’s a clear, simple way to keep track of your account at any time.

💳 Icon 3: Make a Payment

If you prefer to pay manually, this icon lets you make a secure online payment straight from your account.

📦 Icon 4: Your Orders

Here you can:

  • View your current standing order
  • Add new products
  • Remove items
  • Make changes for future deliveries

It’s the easiest way to keep your regular Doorstep Deliveries order just the way you like it.

🏖️ Icon 5: Book a Holiday

Going away?

  • Tap Add Holiday
  • Choose your stop date (the first day you’re away)
  • Choose your restart date (the day you want deliveries to resume)

We’ll pause your deliveries automatically — no need to message or call.

⚙️ Managing Your Account Details

Tap the three lines again at the top of the screen, then click your name or URN (Unique Reference Number).

From here you can:

  • Change your email address
  • Update your password
  • Register for monthly Direct Debit
  • Authorise a card for automatic weekly payments

If you choose to authorise a card, your deliveries for the week are charged every Friday. That means:

  • No more remembering to go online to pay
  • No more leaving cash out

FREE delivery on all orders

Doorstep Deliveries do not charge a  fee to cover the delivery costs, all orders receive FREE delivery, so if your order is £10 per week you will only be charged £10 per week.

Also if you have an elderly relative or even a son or daughter who lives in our delivery area and you want to arrange a delivery for them and manage their account, then please register on the website.

Invoices will be sent to you by email or you can set up a direct debit from their account and payments will automatically be taken 3 working days from the last Saturday of the month, and in arrears, not in advance!

New Areas. New Customers.

We are always looking for new customers and to introduce new delivery areas, so if we don’t currently deliver in your area please register your interest and as soon as we have enough people on board, we can look at setting up a new round by you.

Commercial Customers

We are also keen to hear from coffee shops, restaurants, offices and factories.

Whilst we try to keep as many of our orders in reusable glass bottles as possible, we do offer a wide selection of catering products for the trade.

Most of our commercial customers have now made the switch to pint glass bottles in the continued fight against single use plastic and the reduction of their carbon footprint.
